In June 2020, Cartier announced the seven winners for its Women’s Initiative Awards. Temie Giwa-Tubosun, the founder/CEO of Lifebank, which is the startup delivering blood in Nigeria, was awarded as the one in Sub Sahara Africa. The award is given to female entrepreneurs who are evaluated for their sustainable solution of social issues and their environmental initiatives.
