AAIC Roadshow in November 2024 (Report)

Singapore-17th February 2025-In November 2024, AAIC Investment Pte. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as AAIC Investment) held a “Japan Roadshow” (hereinafter referred to as the “Roadshow”) to promote collaboration between our African portfolio companies and Japanese firms (November 18th (Mon) – 22nd (Fri)).

During this Roadshow, we invited 10 companies from over 50 African startups in which our funds (AHF 1 and 2) have invested. We facilitated business matching with Japanese companies through various events and pitch events.

We were fortunate to have many participants, and the program progressed successfully in a lively atmosphere.

Throughout the one-week Roadshow period, there were over 80 individual meetings, with more than 200 Japanese companies participating in the program. Many attendees commented that “we were able to experience firsthand the latest and authentic information from the region and various companies,” and the 10 African portfolio companies expressed their gratitude, saying, “it was a valuable opportunity to discuss with various Japanese companies.”

Furthermore, Japanese companies and organizations, including JETRO, provided valuable support by participating as moderators and guest speakers. We sincerely appreciate their contributions.
